Refund Methodology
Due to the biological and highly sensitive nature of research compounds, we CANNOT accept physical returns of lyophilized or reconstituted peptides under any circumstances once they have left our controlled temperature environments.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives physically damaged or vials are compromised, you must contact support@alpharisepeptides.com within 48 hours of your delivery timestamp. Provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will dispatch a replacement package immediately free of charge. Full monetary refunds will not be issued for transit damages, only replacements.
Missing Parcels
If a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier but is missing, we require a 7-day waiting period to account for courier errors. After 7 days, we will investigate and, at our discretion, dispatch a replacement.
